As Program Manager, Vulcan offers an expanded scope of Construction Management service. In this role, Vulcan manages the planning, design and construction process of a multiple-project/multiple-phase program. As Program Manager, we function as an extension of the owners’ staff and oversee work in the following areas:

Programming
Scheduling
Cost Management

Bidding and contract award
Construction Management
Commissioning
Close-out
