Vulcan is a minority owned bussiness, certified Minority Bussiness Enterprise (MBE) with the US Small Bussiness Administration (SBA) 8(a) and SDB Programs, Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT). Many state and federaly funded projects have been structured to support and provide opportunities for small and disadvantaged bussiness. We created our services in response to the demand for utilizing qualified compamnies meeting the certification requirements.
